Not medical advice. PumpMama is an informational tracking tool β€” a place to log pumping sessions, moods, schedule, and baby sleep/feeds, and to read general information. It is not a medical device, not a diagnostic tool, and not a substitute for care from your doctor, pediatrician, or a lactation consultant. We hold no liability for decisions made based on information shown in this app β€” always confirm anything important with a qualified professional, especially for anything urgent.

Where answers come from. Articles in the Learn tab, the Ask-a-Question chatbot, and the Ask-a-Question chat are drawn from publicly available sources β€” health organizations like the CDC, WHO, AAP, NHS, and lactation resources like KellyMom and La Leche League, plus live web search results (via Google's Gemini API) when needed. Chat replies include their source links when available. This content can be incomplete, generic, or out of date for your situation β€” please verify anything that matters with your own doctor.

Community posts are written by other users, not reviewed or fact-checked by us, and are not medical advice β€” treat them as personal experience, not professional guidance.

We store: your name, email, and a securely hashed password (or your Google/Facebook account ID if you sign in that way); the pumping sessions, moods, schedule, baby sleep/feed logs, and community posts you choose to add; and login timestamps/IP address for account security.

The Ask-a-Question chatbot: your question text is sent to Google's Gemini API to generate a reply. No other profile data is included in that request.

We don't: sell your data, show ads, or share it with third parties beyond what's needed to run the app (the AI provider above, and email delivery for password resets/reminders). We also don't accept payment or sponsorship to recommend any product in the Picks tab.

Your control: you can request account deletion at any time by contacting us. Community posts can be made anonymously if you'd rather not attach your name.
